Primary Responsibilities :

• Study market demand to understand popular automation requirements.
• (Study TKM’s P4 automation requirement by Genchi survey).
• Evaluation of software and hardware service providers to suit our demand and solution requirements.
• Establish local vendor base/product supplier for Automation software/hardware.
• Feasibility study to decide on tentative product range for automation.
• Draw short/long term plan.

Secondary Responsibilities :

• Experience with automation frameworks.
• The ability to write automation scripts.
• Software development and testing.
• Cloud-based computing.
• Experience writing protocols.
• Interaction with customers.

Essential Qualification :- B. Tech (Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Robotics Engineering). Basic programming (Python/C++ preferred).

Experience : 8-10 Years post Qualification (MHE/Industrial/Automation related)- Responsible for designing, implementing and optimising warehouse automation systems, while managing vendors, analysing market demand and supporting automation strategy.

Compensation: As per industry norms.

Competencies Required :

• Must have good command over written and verbal communication.
• Must have analytical and decision-making skills.
• Good in MS-Office.
