Primary Responsibilities :

  • The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site in MHE / Industrial Equipment / Automotive / Construction & Mining Equipment.
  • Must be able to resolve Technical issues in Mechanical, Electrics and Hydraulics troubleshooting at Customer site in the defined target time.
  • Must be able to Generate & manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer base.
  • Keep the Territory Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer.
  • Daily / Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base.

Secondary Responsibilities :

  • Must have good Communication and Customer Handling Skill
  • Negotiation and Selling Skills

Essential Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile/Mechatronics Engineering

Experience : 3-5 Years post Qualification

Compensation: As per industry norms.

Competencies Required :

  • Must have good command over written and verbal communication
  • Good in MS-Office

Must be willing to Travel and should have valid 4 Wheeler, 2 Wheeler Driving License.
