Primary Responsibilities :
- The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site in MHE / Industrial Equipment / Automotive / Construction & Mining Equipment.
- Must be able to resolve Technical issues in Mechanical, Electrics and Hydraulics troubleshooting at Customer site in the defined target time.
- Must be able to Generate & manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer base.
- Keep the Territory Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer.
- Daily / Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base.
Secondary Responsibilities :
- Must have good Communication and Customer Handling Skill
- Negotiation and Selling Skills
Essential Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile/Mechatronics Engineering
Experience : 3-5 Years post Qualification
Compensation: As per industry norms.
Competencies Required :
- Must have good command over written and verbal communication
- Good in MS-Office
Must be willing to Travel and should have valid 4 Wheeler, 2 Wheeler Driving License.
Language Preference: English, Hindi & Kannada
