Grade :- Engineer / Senior Engineer

Reporting To :-Territory Service Manger

Location :- As per business requirement case to case basis mentioned in MRF

Branch :- Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Punjab, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Coimbatore & Cochin

Job Type :- (On-roll / Contractual)

Primary Responsibilities:-

The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site in MHE / Industrial  Equipment / Automotive / Construction & Mining Equipment
Must be able to resolve Technical issues in Mechanical, Electrics and Hydraulics troubleshooting at Customer site in the defined target time
Must be able to Generate & manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer base
Keep the Territory Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer
Daily / Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer  base

Secondary Responsibilities:-

Must have good Communication and Customer Handling Skill
Negotiation and Selling Skills

Qualification :-

Essential: – B. E. / B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile /                      Mechatronics Engineering

Experience :-

3-5 Years post Qualification

Competencies Required :-

Must have good Customer Handling, Selling Skill and communication skills
Must have Problem Solving Skills
Must have good command over written and verbal communication
Good in MS-Office
Must be willing to Travel and should have valid 4 Wheeler, 2 Wheeler Driving Licensee
Language Preference: 1) English, Hindi for North & West Region                                                                                                               2) English, Regional as per location
