Semi automatic system: BT Autopilot LAE240 

The BT Autopilot LAE240 is a pallet truck which is semi-automatically powered so that simple driverless applications can be carried out for repetitive goods movement. The LAE240 creates routes due to a teach-in program that is created using laser guided technology.

When an operator first drives the truck through the routes along which transport is desired, the truck memorizes the routes. At any time, the new routes and stations can be quickly and simply changed or added.

The LAE240 is ideal for applications in manufacturing units where journey through similar routes are required and repetitive so that the labour costs are reduced, mostly where multi-shift works are going on. Manual use of the truck is also possible for which there is a flip down platform for operations by the rider.  
Load capacity for LAE240 is 2400 kg and few optional features are the traffic control for up to 2-10 trucks and remote calling facility with around 112 stations.
