Primary Responsibilities:-
v Techno functional role for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
v Internal/external communication.
v Handle change management.
v Support to resolve issue and close the ticket with appropriate time frame.
v Prepare user manual, conduct training programs.
v Perform Testing
v Role assignment
Secondary Responsibilities: -
v Plan, manage and sustain all current and future application requirements pertaining to the business requirements.
Master data management.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 with experience on Dynamics AX 2012 can be considered
